Privacy policy

What this covers

This policy covers the KY 75 website and the iPhone app.

Accounts are invite-only. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

What you give us

Account: your name, email, and a password. We store the password as a hash, not the password itself.

Challenge: the mode you pick, start date, time zone, diet name, weekly plan, and the evening reminder time.

The day: which rules you checked, a note for the feed, journal entries (workouts, water, pages, meals, mood, energy, sleep, notes), measurements, and non-scale victories.

Photos: progress photos you add. A photo stays private unless you turn on Share with partner for that photo.

The other person on your challenge can react and comment on the checklist. Those reactions and comments are stored with the day.

What your partner sees

The feed shows checklist completion, the note you write for the feed, and reactions. Journals, measurements, victories, and unshared photos stay on your account.

What stays on your phone

The iPhone reminder is scheduled on the device. We do not receive your notification contents. The website can store a push subscription if you turn reminders on in the browser.

Who else handles it

The app and site are hosted on Railway, including the database and photo files.

Password reset emails, and the email we send when a challenge is finished, go through SendGrid. A support message you send from the app or site is emailed to us the same way.

Those services process the data only to run KY 75. We do not give them permission to use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, days, journal, measurements, and photos until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the service.

Password reset links expire after one hour.

Deleting your account

Email info@letsgoplan.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account, the challenge history, and the photos.

Children

KY 75 is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
